Assistant Manager - Logistics - Healthcare (5-10 yrs)
- Prepare daily updates on shipments pick ups, Customs updates
- Support Logistics Managers on the documentation for the 3PL and Customs related issues
- Audit the Freight Bills and clear the same in the IS tool as per the contract compliance
- Understand the international transportation and the customs processes
- Maintains relations with the Customs officials through regular visits
- Participate in the QBR with the Logistics partners
- Supports to maintain the SLA for the Logistics, Door to Door time lines
- Prepares weekly / monthly MIS on the logistics spend
- Prepare / approve the Customs duty requests from the Suppliers
- Collaborate with Finance for the timely submission of the duty
- Maintain records as per statutory expectations
- Exposure on the ADC shipments
- Any Engineering / Commercial / Science Graduate
- 4 ~6 years of Logistics, customs experience in a MNC
- Expertise on MS Excel

- Good communication skills, Verbal / Written
- Good Collaborative skills to manage internal / external stakeholders
- Agility to learn the Medical Devices products
- Able to develop clear & logical plans
