- Drive excellence in all supply chain / logistics operations
- Use the latest technologies in warehouse management systems, fleet management, truck design, network / route optimization, RFID based asset tracking, Resource Planning, Control Towers, Last Mile Delivery, Perishables and Multi-temperature management, Space Planning, Material Handling Equipment etc..
- Ensure On-Time In-Full quantity for SKUs by adhering to the picking timelines
- Ensuring FIFO, Traceability, Freshness in Warehouse Management with minimal losses / obsolescence
- Monitoring adherence to quality and food safety systems and maintaining requisite documents
