Assistant Manager - Legal - Manufacturing Firm (4-8 yrs)
Assistant Manager - Legal
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Line Managers in all matters related to Legal Support to HO's Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR& IR, Logistics and purchase;
- Drafting Agreements, response to show-cause notices,
- Working on industrial and labour laws;
- Provide support in mining Laws and other related issues;
- Assisting in Litigation Management & coordinating with advocates on legal matters;
- To conduct research work on legal and statutory developments;
Special Skill /Training:
- Candidates must be from premier law schools;
- Must possess adequate knowledge in various branches of law, including contracts, statutory compliances, intellectual property, and labour law;
- Exposure to handling civil and criminal procedures
- On the job exposure in some of these areas of law;
- Possess requisite skills in legal research and drafting of pleadings and opinions;
Required Education: LLM/LLB
Required Experience: 4-7 Yrs.
