Position: Assistant Manager (Legal)

Domain: Looking from Media/Entertainment/Advertisement firm.

Incumbent must be holding a bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) from a top law school/university.

Diplomas in legal vocations/subjects like Media and Entertainment, Intellectual Property Rights etc. shall be given weight age but are not must.

Minimum 4-5 years post-LL.B. as in house lawyer and/or in law firms.

Distribution of channels in India and outside India.

Acquisition and licensing of content.

Knowledge of the Copyright Act, 1957 and the regulatory framework of TRAI

Excellent command over spoken and written English.

Well versed with commercial negotiations.

Incumbent must be self-driven and motivated.
