Assistant Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM (2-5 yrs)

Mandatory for the candidates to have 70% in SSC and HSC. Also, all Education details must be mentioned in their resumes along with the Institution names - all the way upto PGD.

Job Description:

- Drafting and vetting of various MOU- s, NDA- s, Addendums, letters, mandates, notices, commercial agreements inter-alia including Shareholders agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Consultancy Agreement, Loan Agreements, Escrow Agreement, Service Agreement and Retainer Agreement

- Must have functional knowledge of Property matters, CPC, Commercial & Contract law, International Contract Law and Company law; Competition law, FEMA

- Responsible for applying for Trademark Registration, drafting of trademark assignment agreements, drafting of replies to objections, drafting of trademark notices, coordinate with counsel for handling trademark cases

- Assist in reviewing documents for IP (Intellectual Property) registration

- Track Compliances and ensure compliances that are being followed in the company

- Support Litigation functions of the Company & take timely steps to protect the interest of the company

- Co-ordination with external counsels for handling court cases

- Implementing compliances related to latest amendments / revisions in Corporate Laws, Rules & Regulations and periodically update the management on the changing legal and regulatory environment

- Ensuring smooth and timely flow of legal information and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff

Specific Skills Required:

- Excellent Drafting Skills

- Knowledge of Corporate laws

- Knowledge of IPR laws, FEMA and RBI Guidelines

- Knowledge of Land and Property matters

- Knowledge of Commercial Contracts and Arbitrations

Essential Functions:

- Managing timelines for legal activities and planning for actions

- Monitoring all legal affairs within the organization

- Provides effective advice on company strategies and implementation

- Internet Research skills specific to legal knowledge and resources

Qualification

- Basic Qualification : Bachelor degree in Commerce/ Science/ Arts

- Advance Qualification: LLB or LLM

- Any Additional Certification: CS/Inter CS. Attend any Seminar or any

certified course will be an added advantage

- Age Group : 22 yrs. to 28 yrs
