Assistant Manager - Legal - Law Firm - LLB/LLM

Our client, a global consulting company based out of Bangalore that is engaged in providing advise to technology start-ups is looking for a senior associate who will be deputed to work with the companies clients at Bangalore. The role would require the person joining to manage end to end in-house legal work (such as contract rafting/vetting, management, corporate advisory, interacting with cross- functional team, oversee statutory and corporate.
