Eligible candidate:-
- Should have excellent knowledge of contract laws in software domain specially Europe and North America
- Drafting & vetting contracts
- working closely with Business Leaders
- Vetting office and client contracts
- Should have handled litigation through law firm
- Currently working with an IT company of repute
- Willing to travel
- A team player with high integrity
If you are a go getter with 2-3 years we are looking for you
LLB with 3 years experience
