(General Insurance would be add advantage) Work Profile: - Who can handle independently: Drafting &amp; reviewing contracts / agreements for internal &amp; external vendor business &amp; service related relationship/managements for the Company - Drafting responses to the statutory bodies and clients (if required) - To support in preparing/drafting policies &amp; procedures in Compliance with all statutory or legal requirements - To give legal opinion/advice on payment of insurance policies, including fraud and not utmost good faith cases - Evaluate issues and disputes arising from the external &amp; internal vendors with reference to contracts/agreements - To manage relationships with external lawyers as and when required - Who can handle legal matters related to insurance laws and insurance regulations would be added advantage.
