Position vacant : Assistant Manager Legal

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : LLB / LLM

Experience : 10 - 12 years

Knowledge & Skill sets :

1. Knowledge of all requisite Laws, Rules and Regulations related to the Food & Beverage industry for Patents, Trademarks, labeling etc.

2. Extremely strong communication skills

Responsibilities of Asst. Manager Legal (IPR):

(a) Make provision for all IPR registration requirements

(b) Ensure timely application for new IPR or renewal of existing IPRs

(c) Ensure initiating and defending actions for Company's IPR protections and handling IPR related litigations

(d) Ensure Database management of Company's IPR cases on a quarterly basis and present a daily updated IPR database to the seniors.
