Assistant Manager - Legal - FMCG/IT/Pharma/Healthcare/Telecom (2-8 yrs)
Opening with Leading MNC (Corporate) - Mumbai.
POSITION : Assistant Manager
REPORTING TO : Sr. Director
Specific Responsibilities :
- Negotiate, review and finalise multiple categories of contracts including acquisition and content licensing deals, production agreements, digital agreements (website, app development etc.), consultants/retainer, distribution, marketing, service provider etc.
- Independently negotiate and finalise the agreements with third parties
- Assist and advise the commercial team regarding various legal issues involved in business and commercial transactions including the rights advisory
- Supervise and manage due diligence, rights check, audit activities and database management.
- Working on ad-hoc projects for the legal team including streamlining/reviewing system/process/ SOP etc, creating templates for reporting, agreements etc.
- Co-ordinate and work with multiple teams within the organisation including inter-function and intra-function;

Special skills :
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills, expertise in handling multiple kind of contracts; commercial deal making skills and strong advocacy skills.
- Able to independently work and finalise deals
- Strong presentation skills including proficiency of power point and such other tools
Key Challenges :
- Dealing with multiple stakeholders and handling multiple transactions.
