Assistant Manager - Legal - FMCG

FMCG Experience

- Position has to support Trade Mark portfolio, Design and Patent Search

- Application filing upon receive request from business,

- Contract Management including Purchase Orders, Tenders, Bank Guarantees

- Has to handle Large contracts

- B & C category litigation (consumer, small value recoveries, proceedings before quasi-judicial authorities)

- Reply to legal notice

- Drafting of Notice, ASCI Notices, Artwork clearance, Product Claims review for all locations across India

- Compliance work.

- The candidate should have excellent communication and articulation.

- FMCG experience (Drugs and Cosmetics) will be preferred.

- Should have knowledge of legal jargons, metrology, negotiable instrument Act, contract drafting and reviewing, civil and criminal procedure in court.
