Assistant Manager - Legal - FMCG (5-6 yrs)
Job Description :
Location Vikhroli Mumbai
1. Filing and defending various suits for and against the Company.
2. Traveling to various places for recovery of outstanding dues of the Company and keeping track of all the debtors.
3. Drafting of various Agreements in consultations with legal Dept in Mumbai.
4. Advising local unit on various statutes applicable to products and processes
5. Representing the Company in person before various Statutory Authorities.
6. Helping Marketing Team in credit appraisal of the Distributors & Customers.
7. Verification of property documents given for godown by any party.
8. Compliance of all laws and ensure reporting in Compliance Software.
9. Assist Regional Business Head(s) on regular basis and provide legal help wherever required.
10. Liaison with Advocates, Lawyers, Law firms, solicitors on regular basis.
11. Dealing and follow up with the Court authorities.
12. Providing status and updates on various legal suits / complaints to legal dept., Mumbai
13. Accomplishing the objectives and goals of the Dept.
14. Providing training to Marketing Team on legal matters wherever required in consultation with Corporate Legal Team.
15. Going through the cause list and check if any case is filed against the Company.
LLB/LLM 5 Years Experience in above area
