Assistant Manager - Legal Entity Control

- Production of monthly and Quarterly IFRS Financial Statements of Legal Entities for Americas Region; P&L, BS and OBS reporting, Responsible for the first level of controls on the assigned entities.

- Population of monthly, quarterly and yearly disclosures of entities under IFRS and GAAP requirment on a monthly basis.

- Control over the Internal Deals reconciliation as well Intercompany declaration and reconciliation.

- Involvement in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives, Involvement in new project implementation.

- Clear or explain any inconsistencies in the GL.

- Investigate any unusual variances

- Manage the analytical review and review consistency controls as a second level of controls of the reports, Provide variance analysis and prepare management reporting packs on monthly/quarterly basis.

- In charge of reconciling and explaining the key GAAP differences between French GAAP and IFRS on a monthly basis

- Ensure that financial reporting is of high quality and meets applicable accounting principles and regulations

- Experience in Legal entity control, financial reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Reconciliation, Accounting & Variance Analysis

- CA (2 - 3 yrs post qualification experience) in Financial Reporting,

- Strong IFRS / Multi GAAP working knowledge from Investment Banking domain ONLY
