Experience: 5-8 Years

Skills Required:

- IT Contract Licensing, , Software Contract Licensing ,

- IT Contract Negotiation,

- IT Contract Drafting etc for IT vendor Contracts.

- Should have end to end experience in all these area.

Looking for candidates working in Counsel office of IT companies.

- The incumbent will be responsible for drafting IT contracts for multiple divisions and variety of technologies including Software License contracts .

- Will be Hosting software services agreements, IT Services agreements and other related SLAs.

- Will be responsible for reviewing Software support agreements, Sponsorship contracts, Meeting and events contracts, Services contracts & other Consultancy Agreements

- Will be Advising on global procurement contracts, Providing business and legal advice and guidance to internal clients and end users regarding potential issues stemming from new and existing contracts.
