- Lead training and development team to focus on the training needs of the organization
- 3 + years proven experience in Learning and development
- Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills with excellent eye for details
- Demonstrated ability to conduct training need analysis
- Proficiency with MS Office ( Excel, Access, Project )
- Excellent technical writing, communication and presentation skills to various levels of management.
- Time Management and team handling
- Masters / MBA
