Functional Academy: - Support the Design and Deployment of Functional Academies at Viacom18. - Liaison with Stakeholders to identify and diagnose specific learning needs arising out of business objectives. - Work closely with Learning Head and Stakeholders to design holistic learning Framework keeping research as the basis for all discussions to ensure that learning needs are met in a sustained and effective manner. - Identify, assess, liaise and co-partner with External Training Partners/vendors to execute deployment strategies. - Prepare a Development plan and Training Calendar based on the outcome of assessments or as identified during Design Framework. - Manage and execute these training calendars right from planning, customizing to coordinating any logistics involved in the successful roll out. - Review and modify existing programs based on feedback. - Facilitate functional/ behavioral skills program for these academies, if necessary or required. Innovation &amp; Modern Workplace Learning Practices : - Research, Analyse and stay abreast with modern workplace earning practices in L&amp;D - Bring to life Innovative learning practices at Viacom18 particularly in the space of Game-based learning, Social Learning and Digital Learning to enhance and add value to the learning ecosystem at Viacom18 - Research and Framework- Design approach &amp; framework for execution of organizational learning projects keeping research as the basis for all discussions. Partnering with various stakeholders such as BUHRs, COE Leads, BU Heads, HODs, Managers, and Employees in Design, Deployment, and execution of various learning projects. Learning Policy &amp; Processes : - Advise and Support Employees, managers, and BUHRs in interpretation and execution of L&amp;D policies such as Back to School. Vendor Management : - Identification and sourcing of external vendors, training partners and academia for partnership in various learning academies and projects. - Collaborating and ensuring execution of the intervention maintaining high standards of output and learner experience. Team Management : - Ensure high standards of execution, logistics support, and deployment of various learning interventions and initiatives through entry level team resources and interns. - Manage, advise monitor and guide the performance of team members in a people manager role.
