A manufacturing firm based out of Bawal, Haryana is looking for:
Position - Assistant Manager- Learning & Development
Job Location- Bawal, Haryana
Reports to- Deputy Manager- HR
CTC to be offered - Upto 11 lacs
Experience: 3- 6 years of experience in Digital learning (mandatory)
Knowledge & Skill - Certified in Instructional Design and using SF- LMS tool for digital learning
The position will manage multiple learning program for employees, High potential & Leaders.
a) Learning Need analysis activities, setting program strategy & direction, organizing & overseeing facilators, course evaluation & analysis.
b) Building Strong working relationships across key stakeholders group, will continually dive deep to understand the learning needs, using data and insights into the business to build or adapt learning methods, materials or technology that will support the learners.
c) The lead will be responsible to collaborate with business leaders across functions to build and mange a variety of learning & development program and offerings.
d) Ensure high quality, consistent & innovative approaches for delivering programs in a rapidly growing & changing organization.
e) Design & develop engaging & interactive digital learning content- inforgaphics, animations, motion-graphics, videos, simulations, tests & learning games etc - to elevate the learning experience
f) Designing & developing ( Using agile development tools & process
f) Sourcing / Hiring Candidates for open positions.
M. B. A in HR with background of Digital learning is compulsory.
