- Collaborate with all plants to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Assessments (TNAs), identifying skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities through skill matrix.
- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and initiatives tailored to address identified learning needs, utilizing adult learning principles and innovative methodologies.
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing course content, user experience, and reporting functionalities.
- Lead knowledge management efforts by creating, organizing, and maintaining a repository of learning resources, training materials, and best practices.
- Create engaging and interactive training content that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, plant managers and officials, and cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of L&OD initiatives into plant operations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D, introducing innovative approaches to enhance the overall learning experience
