Assistant Manager - Learning & Development - IT (7-15 yrs)
We are looking for Assistant Manager - Learning and Development. Who has experience in generating contents for E-learning and Instructional Designing, Who has worked on different e-learning tools like Articulate, Lectora, Moodle, Captivate, Storyline etc.
Desired Profile:
Should have Mix of Instructional Design and Learning and Development profile, Who has closely worked with the Instructional Design team.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and achieving strategic priorities for the year
- Managing team performance and quality of service
- SLA achievement
- Stakeholder management ?
- Create sessions on LMS per annual learning plan
- Reserve training venues, schedule facilitator, enrol participants
- Arrange equipment, print/distribute classroom materials as required per program requirements
- Arrange facilitator accommodation, food for participants during training
- Complete end-to-end session closure activities on LMS
- Roll out evaluations and analyze results
- Complete periodic reporting activities
- Create and maintain training activity records
- Generate completion reports for different learning programs, consolidate by stakeholder requirements and create meaningful dashboards
- Complete communication/follow-up to support achievement of KPIs related to compliance and mandatory training
- Will deal with BU to gather info
- Strategies the program and delivery
- Development of Elearning Modules
