We are looking for an Assistant Manager - L&D to help us further the above development agenda and become a Program Manager of two of our global flagship programmes. Corporate Induction : In Corporate Induction we give a holistic overview of the company to all the new joiners globally. This programme is a key organisation metric and is also monitored in the Great Place to Work Index. Mandatory Compliance Courses : - These courses are a foundation for all our business practices, the way we conduct our businesses, our commitment towards our brand equity and adherence to our values and principles. These are essential programs which have a lot of focus and drive from the top management. - In this role, you should be passionate about creating a valuable employer brand and an engaging learner experience. You should have excellent communication skills, collaboration skills with a complete focus on owning these two programs and implementing them. Key Responsibilities : - Become a Programme Manager of Corporate Induction and Mandatory Compliance Courses globally. - Become a brand evangelist for the two flagship programmes. - Partner with global vendors and internal stakeholders / experts for a seamless and timely implementation. - Be responsible for the content design and learner experience. Suggest improvements and introduce new initiatives as applicable. - Accurate data management and report creation. - Update the programme status, adoption, and feedback to the Global L&D Head periodically. - Resolve user queries around the programme in a prompt and collaborative way. Product Manager Skills & Qualifications : - Familiarity with e-learning platforms/ technology innovations in the learning space. - Experience in program management and reporting - Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills - Should be interested in facilitating workshops and virtual sessions - Ability to build rapport and collaborate with employees and learning partners - Strong focus and ability to conceptualise and implement programs at a large scale. - Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate with 4+ yrs of relevant experience or MBA with 2+ yrs of experience in HR preferably L&D.
