Assistant Manager - Learning & Development - FMCG/Consumer Durable (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
1. Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
2. Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
3. Need to have product & business knowledge.
4. Should drive the E-learning platform throughout the organization.
5. Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
6. Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures, and systems.
7. Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
8. Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
9. Conduct training trainer workshops to ensure training, scalability, and effectiveness.
10. Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable.
11. Managing the Learning & Development budget.
12. Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Successful Candidate Profile:
1. MBA/PGDM - HR
2. Advanced analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.
3. Minimum of 2 - 5 Years of relevant Learning & Development experience.
4. Good knowledge of the latest Learning & Development trends & software.
5. Strong presentation skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office - Presentation,
Excel & Word.
6. Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
7. Self-motivated, self-driven with a solution-finding approach/thinking.
8. Demonstrate high values of ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced culture.
9. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and organize.
10. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Last but the most important - High Level of Integrity, Passion for a social cause, and solution oriented approach
