Role
1. Managing L&D Operations
- Interfaces with L&D's internal customers on understanding and caters to their Learning requirements
- Owns the CH Technical Trainings end-to-end and manages the training calendars offered to service lines; drives nominations through internal communication, and interfaces with training delivery partners and other internal KGS process stakeholders to make this possible
- Owns, manages and delivers on learning-related projects as allocated
- Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery and relationships with training delivery partners
2. Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment
I. Understands customer needs in a way that appropriate learning solutions can be suggested to the customer
II. Assists L&D Leader in designing training modules as required
III. Delivers behavioral training programs
3. People Responsibilities :
I. Leads and coaches the team in meeting the key priorities of the L&D function while working to meet deliverables
II. Participates in goal setting, conduct performance appraisal
III. Works closely with counterparts from other KGS locations/entities
IV. Establishes networks and build relationship with internal customers, stakeholders and team members within the organization
V. Adjusts quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change. Participates in organizational change efforts
Behavioral / team skills :
I. UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
II. PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations/Training
III. Have strong working knowledge of L&D foundational concepts and processes
IV. Have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
V. Possess strong and demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills and be able to handle multiple audiences
VI. Possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
VII. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the L&D function of a large multinational corporation
VIII. Stand-up training experience of at least 3 years
IX. Strong experience in managing projects of at least 2 years in the L&D function
X. Have excellent written and spoken English skills
XI. Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
