Assistant Manager - Leadership Development/Talent Development - Big4 (5-9 yrs)
Must have Skills:
- Experience in leadership training, organisation development, talent development.
- Experience Leader development programs.
- Should be able to design program content by consulting to the business managers.
- Vendor management
- Demonstrated experience with evaluation of learning programs
- Experience of using concepts used to design and develop training materials
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency using MS Office Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
