- Responsible for end to end recruitment of Niche, Lateral & Leadership positions which includes understanding the requirement from the business till having the candidate join
- Would include initiating the Kick off meeting, briefing the team on the positions, Mapping the right market & keeping the stakeholders updated on the progress by sharing timely reports, weekly reviews, etc.
- Regular reviews with the team and allocating the positions as per business priority.
- Having a right sourcing strategy & mix to effectively manage sourcing mix without TAT getting effected.
- Should have managed/mentored a team
- Candidates from E-Commerce startups who would be managing recruitment of either a Business Unit or the entire organization.
- Candidates from recruitment team of Retail / FMCG-CD / Telecom Companies
- Recruitment / Business Managers of top recruitment companies
