Urgently looking to hire Assistant Manager- Operations for setting up entire operations of a city

( mainly last mile delivery) .The opportunity is for an leading internet consumer company.

Job Loc : Gurgaon ( Role will involve frequent traveling )

You are an IDEAL CANDIDATE, if you have previously done below things as the current job role will be the same and above it-

- Start and launch supply chain in new cities from scratch

- Setup the entire process for Last mile delivery

- Strategize and Ideate the whole process and plans to setup whole delivery operation

- Will be responsible for Rider hiring, Setting up various processes, Route Optimization, Riders Retention and devising incentive payout structure etc

- Main KRA of the person will be- Fleet Management and setting up Last-Mile Logistics operations in these cities
- Aggressively work towards operational excellence.

- Work with the product team for improvement and enhancement of product features and to define the product roadmap as per the merchant feedback
