Job Requirements :
- 8+ years of knowledge management experience in technologies, strategies, processes, content development lifecycle, collaboration
- Degree from an accredited college in business or related field
- Ability to lead and work independently with minimal direction, toward the development of strategies, change management paths, and tactical execution plans, while navigating input and direction from a diverse leadership group spanning multiple firms, cultures, and roles
- Strategy, operations, and program management experience, ensuring agreed milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and enforcing compliance throughout the process. all balanced with a flexible approach to accommodate the dynamics of a federation of member firms and a highly matrixed global investment program
- Strong communication (oral and written), leadership, organization and collaboration skills, with ability to influence and achieve consensus among superiors and peers through evidence-based hypotheses, persuasion, and collaborative problem solving
- Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and push open items towards resolution
- Ability to onboard, train, lead and manage junior resources (both onshore and offshore)
- Strong understanding of Global Technology Consulting and Global Cloud CoE strategy, content areas, and key offerings
- Knowledge of how to work within the global firm, understanding firm policies around knowledge management
- Experience in planning, scheduling, running and recording workshops / knowledge shares
- Experience working with SMPs to drive outcomes / develop deliverables
- Good understanding of Marketing and Branding principles
- Advanced proficiency in collaboration platforms leveraged by (Source, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with OnePlatform, GitHub, Solution Compass, etc.
- Channel management and UI design and management
- Strategic mindset and outlook
- Thought leadership, innovation, problem solving, process improvement, client service oriented, and leadership abilities
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team to drive an inclusive culture and high-performing team
- Ability to provide demos and run onboarding sessions
- Ability to develop requirements based on leadership input
- Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities
- Strong people management and development skills
