Assistant Manager - Key Account - FMCG (4-5 yrs)

Assistant Key Account Manager - PAN India

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver Business Objectives: Revenue /Distribution/Share/Profitability for the portfolio of customers.

- Formulate and execute a robust Joint Business Plan for all customers. Conduct periodic JBP reviews to monitor the execution of the plan.

- Develop, Negotiate, Sell and Execute optimal Terms of Trade with the help of Manager and ensure compliance

- Analyze primary and secondary data regularly and apply the insights to grow the business.

- Ensure high service levels to all customers across categories.

- Build a strong business relationship with key internal & external stakeholders.

- Cross functional engagement with internal Sales/Marketing/ Finance & Supply chain functions.

Deliver the following Customer Processes to drive Customer Satisfaction:

- Finalize Joint Business Plans and align Customers.

- Ensure hygiene of Master Data and manage Assortment & New Listing.

- Develop appropriate A&M and Promotion Calendars with the Customer factoring cost effective Promotions, Feature Ads, New Product Introductions, etc.

- Commercial Hygiene ; Support Finance team to ensure payments come in on time and account reconciliation happens periodically.

- Work with Supply chain teams to ensure high levels of fill rate across brands and territories.

- Ensure In Store availability of all skus at all times.

- Conduct monthly Business Reviews with the Customer HQ Team.

- Actively seek any growth opportunities all customers

Key Performance Indicators:

- Revenue Growth /Distribution/Share & Profitability for the portfolio of Customers.

- Deliver & Execute Joint Business Plan at all customers.

- Build & execute a 3 month Promotion/Visibility Calendar.

- Ensure detailed business review with customers and internal stake holders once every month.
