Assistant Manager - IT Transaction Services - Big4 (5-8 yrs)

Hiring for Assistant Manager - ITTS core - Big 4 Gurgaon

Key responsibilities :

- Deliver IT Transaction Services engagements including IT Due Diligence, Portfolio Optimization and IT advice to PE portfolio companies.

- Working on engagements that include IT due diligence (ITDD) assignments (example, buy-side, sell-side, IPO) from inception to completion including leading client meetings and interviews.

- Support delivery and review of high-quality, risk-managed reports and other work products in various formats

- Support the development and delivery of technical proposals, attending sales meetings and sales presentations

- Support internal practice development effort including development of tools, accelerators, methodologies and market propositions

- Support Quality and Risk Management (Q&RM) efforts throughout client engagements

- Technical skills requirements

- Experience of transactions, ideally in performing of IT Due Diligence and/or IT post-merger integration, separation/carve-out assignments

- Experience in industry in a Managerial capacity (within an organisation's IT department or on the IT supplier side)

- 5-8 years experience of IT advisory and consulting within a professional services environment

- IT programme execution experience (e.g. CRM \ ERP change programmes)
