Assistant Manager - Internal Communication - Big4 (4-9 yrs)

We have a job opening with one of our client i.e Big 4 for the position of Assistant MAnager - Internal communication - Bangalore location

The main responsibilities of the EMEIA Internal Communication Lead include the creation and implementation of multiple forms of communication activities and programs, producing content strategically and to a very high standard to help align EMEIA practice goals with employee engagement.

Primary responsibilities and activities include:

- Development and management of annual multi-channel internal communications calendar for Area PAS communications based upon practice strategy and leadership priorities

- Creation, dissemination and management of all internal Area communications in alignment with planning and as required (e.g. leadership messaging and announcements, newsletters, videos, and similar collateral)

- Webcasting, including programming schedule, content development, stakeholder and speaker liason and management, and production for monthly internal markets series, semi-annual leadership town halls, and Community or service-led one-off webcasts (with the support of the EMEIA PAS Knowledge Lead)

- Ongoing collection and creation of win stories from teams across the Area and dissemination via multiple channels across the Area, Global and SL practices

- Regular programming of EMEIA PAS wins, news, initiatives, POV, etc. in wider firm communications (e.g. Area, Global, SL, Markets and other strategic channels and communications)

- Development of strategic firm stakeholder update materials (e.g. decks, communications, one-off info requests) as directed/required by Area PAS leader

- Sponsorship of self-service webcasting portal for use of Regional PAS teams, including vendor relationship, user training and access, and oversight of overall platform use

- Close connectivitiy with Global and Area counterparts to drive awarness, share best practices, cooperate on joint projects and bring key knowledge to EMEIA PAS

- Sponsorship of EMEIA PAS SharePoint site and its content, including oversight of EMEIA PAS Knowledge Lead

- Management of EMEIA PAS Communications shared mailbox, including managing PoliteMail metrics, webcasting portal requests, and routine queries from the wider practice

- Ad hoc projects, initiatives and tasks as they arise
