Role Purpose:
The Internal Auditor-Compliance will be responsible for performing compliance audit assignments and risk assessments at all manufacturing sites and corporate. The job would require frequent travel to manufacturing sites. Candidates must be open for travel.
Technical Skills & Knowledge - Requirement
- Good understanding of the regulatory environment, including Labour, Taxation, EHS, secretarial, Industry-specific, and other laws
- Hands-on Experience in legal / compliance audits for large and mid-size manufacturing companies
- Updated with the latest regulatory changes in the Indian regulatory environment
- Attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all business transactions relevant to EHS, Labour, Taxation, Banking, SEBI, QMS, Secretarial, Industry-specific, and other laws comply with applicable laws and regulations and internal rules.
- Create a compliant and robust audit schedule with actions, objective, and review to be performed
- Conduct regular compliance audits against the plan
- Prepare the Internal Audit Report on compliance review
- Tracking all compliance issues identified in compliance review
- Facilitate process owners in mitigating the compliance risks
- Regularly reviewing the company's compliance program and recommending appropriate revisions and modifications, including advising administrative leadership of potential compliance areas.
