Please find below the Job Description :
- Preparation of the Annual audit plan
- Preparation audit scope, identified control gaps, reported findings and presented recommendations for improvements.
- Performance of process walk-throughs and preparation of flow charts of processes
- Preparation of Terms of Reference (ToR)
- Prepared Risk and control matrix (RACM) and drafted audit reports.
- Ensured that audit engagements were executed in accordance with IIA Standards.
- Responsible for timely completion of audits and preparing a presentation of key audit findings for Audit committee meetings.
- Drafting the observation, discussion with the process owners and finalization of Audit Report
- Co-ordinated with the management to develop and improve SOP for various business processes.
- Assist in the implementation of Internal Financial Controls which ensures processes are streamlined and are working effectively
