Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - CA - FMCG (3-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Development and execution of the annual audit plan, including scheduling and monitoring.
- To Provide an evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the Company's financial and operational controls.
- Taking care of compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Determine the reliability of data being generated.
- Analyse how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and providing necessary dashboards/information to the management on any issues need addressing
- To Promote operational efficiency and identify cost-savings opportunities.
- Execute risk assessments on key business activities and using this information to guide what to cover in audits
Candidate Profile :
Qualification : CA
Hands on experience in Internal Audit functions with 3 to 5 years of experience (Preferably from FMCG space)
