Client: IT Product Development MNC 1. Should have a minimum of 3 years in Inside Sales or Sales Support 2. Managing all the sales & support-related activities of the company for APAC. 3. Interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely readiness of Customer deliverables 4. Supporting the field sales team with MOM, Reports & Database Management, Payment tracking, and due dates 5. Handling customer inquiries. 6. Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence and MOM. 7. Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner. 8. Organising sales promotional campaigns. 9. Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments 10. Resolving any sales support related issues with customers 11. Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department 12. Making follow-up calls to Internal & External stakeholders 13. Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail, and in writing 14. Reports preparation, accurately analyzing, and assessing data.
