Assistant Manager - Information Management System - M&E

Responsibility:

- Develop & implement the Information Management System for Health, Education, Water & Sanitation and Economic Development programs

- Undertake technical work related to data generation, analysis and interpretation of the data

- Development of strategies/ protocols/Standards etc. related to data management

- Keep the track of validated data flow on regular basis among different program verticals with specific focus on generating cohort of HHs/ Individuals benefitted through Swades programs.

- Undertake regular field visit for data quality monitoring and provision of feedback for improving quality of data

- Support the team in conducting program reviews and develop presentations and reports

- Consolidate the finding of analysis and prepare technical report / annual reports documents

- Organizing capacity building activities and providing continuous mentoring support to field staff

- Take up any other work assigned by reporting manager.
