Assistant Manager - Information Analyst

Track performance on key business / project KPIs during beta phase and summarize pre-post project performance on those KPIs to help assess project efficacy for business

- Ensure 100% on time publishing of all reports, consistency in data accuracy, format and presentation.

- Responsible for new CR, Business reporting, Analytics, and Projects

- Serve as the primary focal point for managing and processing the reporting and cross-functional organization needs including regular reports, Scorecards and Adhoc reports/analysis.

- Own report Requirement gathering, to design to automate and deliver.

- Should have an exposure of call centre environment

- Must be able to run complex queries on SQL Server & Access (Please tell that these queries will be asked in interview process & will be a qualifying/rejecting criteria)

- Should have been doing data mining as well as analytics for atleast one year

- Should be able to understand analytics requirements from stakeholders & be able to present his ideas too

- Should be able to do diverse stakeholder management including senior management
