B.TECH (Any) with experience of handling factory safety:
1. Monitoring Health and Safety environment of the plant.
2. Executing EHS policy and maintenance of SOP.
3. Documentation as per company guidelines and statutory requirements.
4. Handling factory audits by Govt. authorities
5. Providing training to workmen and conducting mock drill.
6. Risk management, Accident investigation, and reporting
7. Experience of statutory requirements
8. Process improvements, standrdization
9. Budgeting and control of the department
10. Knowledge of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 system
11. Knowledge to handle fire accidents and prevention
12. Conduct health check-up camps and industrial hygiene.
