Industrial Relations-Mumbai

- 3-5 years of extensive experience in Industrial Relations

- Should be working in Maharashtra, should know Marathi and have good English Communication Skills

Educational Qualifications:

- Should have a 2 years Full Time PG Degree/Diploma in related fields.

- Should be Full Time only. (Part Time, Distance Learning, Executive programs will not be considered)

Require male candidates only

HR/IR/ Personnel, Performance Management, OD, HR Policies, proposing HR Budget, Recruitment & Training of all level staffs/workers, Wage & Bonus settlements, handling unions at various units etc.
