The ideal candidate should be Diploma PM & IR/PGDHRM (Regular) from state-recognised university with expertise in Contract Labour Management & Labor welfare.

- Monitoring, Controlling of labour issues.

- Compliances with government departments

- Warnings, charge sheet, Domestic Enquiry, Termination

- Attended labour Court and civil court Cases and settlements,

- Settlement of demand notice of union.

Salary offered - 5-10 LPA
