They are looking for Assistant Manager - US Taxation (Individual Taxation) 

Job Location : Bangalore / Kochi & Gurgaon

- Person Should be qualified EA (Enrolled Agent)

Client responsibilities :

- Demonstrate a very high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to U.S. individual and trust returns as well as complex high new worth technical issues impacting individuals

- Drive the tax return production process, review complex tax returns and other tax deliverables

- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and internal colleagues

- Explore opportunities to bring more work by consistently providing high quality work

- Supervise day to day operations and engagement milestones with little or no manager involvement

- Demonstrate leadership skills in developing the highest performing teams

- Help Senior Managers and Managers with advisory and ad-hoc projects

- Develop engagement and financial management skills by managing own and/or other's impact on project economics, including controlling costs, monitoring budget to actual differences

- Contribute process improvement ideas leading to higher quality service delivery to the client or greater efficiency in the compliance process

- Identify opportunities to leverage information and resources across assignments and teams

- MUST BE ENROLLED AGENT CERTIFIED.
