Assistant Manager - Indirect Tax - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Duties and Functions
- The incumbent will be responsible for overall Indirect Tax compliance for the Company.
- Compute state wise GST liability and available GST credits
- Payment of GST liability through GST Portal
- Filing of state wise GST returns
- Reconciling GST inward and outward registers with General Ledgers and Trial Balance
- Co-ordination with stakeholders to obtain requisite details and documents
Experience :
- Compute VAT liability and VAT credits
- Computation of TDS returns and TDS liability
- Reconciling the Sales Registers/Purchase Register/Input Credit Register with the General Ledgers and Trial Balance
- Filing the Return Online prior to due date and maintain the copies of such returns for record and references
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP
