Position - Assistant Manager - Indirect Procurement with a leading FMCG company
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Mandatory Criteria - Experience in Indirect Procurement for Sales and Marketing
- Looking in Indirect spends of Sales and Marketing like events, road shows, Brand ambassador, Media, PR, Gifting etc.
- Looking for Experience in Sourcing & Negotiations for various categories/sub-categories related to Marketing and Sales spends, Indirect Materials i.e. specifically for Commercial Print, POP/P OS, Consumer Promotions, Brand Activations & Events, with basic understanding of Print/fabricated substrates.
- Developing good, quality-oriented & forward looking vendor base through continuous market, peer, stakeholder engagement and assessment
- Working on requirements by leveraging a robust varied vendor base, sourcing tools, data dashboards. Constant knowledge upgrade through attending external and internal workshops and forums.
- Proficiency is expected in managing Reverse Auction/eRFQ/eRFI to obtain desired business and savings outcome.
- Vendor Management
- Maintain a robust vendor base enabling constant benchmarking and backups
- Supplier segmentation to enhance strategic planning and CRM
- 7-step Sourcing
- e-tools like Reverse Auction/eRFQ/eRFI analytics and dashboards to assess past footprint and to make forward decisions
- End to end product / service delivery
- Manage timeline and GTM across cross functions and vendors diligently
- Real time troubleshooting and backup bridging if need be
