Assistant Manager - Imports & Project Commercial

An Engineering Graduate with strong experience in handling Imports, Project Purchasing with strong focus on Capex items .

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement of capital items (equipment. Spares, infrastructure, civil, electrical, utilities, and material handling equipment, fabrication, services) within projects' time schedule and budget:

It involves Tender floating, Interaction with Users, Interaction with Suppliers, Negotiation, Comparative Analysis, Purchase Order processing, Payments release,

- Ensure compliance to technical specifications & tender documents

- Delivery Follow up

- Execution Follow up

- Resolving Supplier / User conflicts

- SAP MM

- New Initiatives: Development of New suppliers as per requirement

KPI

- Responsible for Procurement of Capital Items

- By working with SAP MM module.

- Handling Imports for Project commercial

- To achieve Budget Adherence, Meeting Delivery Time lines.
