Assistant Manager - Human Resources - Payroll & Compliance
Responsibilities :
- Take care of onboarding and offboarding formalities
- Leave and Attendance Management
- Handle employee insurances viz. medical, life and accident
- Execute payroll through all stages in conjunction with the finance team and the payroll vendor
- Manage statutory labor law compliances incl. PF, PT, ESIC, LWF
- Schedule POSH training sessions periodically
- Meet internal and statutory audit requirements
- Maintain all employee records (soft copies as well as hard copies)
- Prepare and maintain various letters, trackers, reports, MIS on periodic and ad-hoc basis for all locations (6 countries incl. India, overall employee strength 650+)
- Support the HR team in streamlining HRMS data, Darwinbox
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments/projects on need basis
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide required support
Must Haves :
- Graduate/PG degree in any discipline
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliable and accountable
