HR Analytics & MIS
Reporting to - HR Operations
Basic Function
As part of the India HR Operations team, cater to organizations analytical and data management needs
Details on Job Responsibilities
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Supports the business to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
- Reach out to respective stakeholders to gather relevant data / information and assist them with fact based analysis.
- Carry exploratory data analysis to understand the problem and move towards solution
- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics
- Expertise in Visual Basic or macro programing in excel
- In depth knowledge and experience of analytical tools like, Tableau, R language, etc
- Manage the admin module as a super user for HR Systems
Education Qualification:
- Full time or part time MBA with specialization in Human Resource or having a degree in Statistics
Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in HR Analytics & MIS
Skills & behavioural qualities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Hands on experience in Analytics and data management skills.
- Hands on experience and in depth knowledge on Advance Excel, Macro Programing, Visual Basic
