Education :Essential - Master's degree from an accredited college or university in HR / business administration.

Desirable : Degree in law

Work Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.

Recruitment:

- Release JD, manage referrals, and conduct interviews.

- Release offer, salary negotiation. Pre & post joining formalities.

PMS:

- Review the Performance Management System and appraisals.

Compensation Management :

- Overviewing & review of compensation function.

- Benchmarking from time to time.

Training, Development :

- Conducting Training programmes & meeting the training calendar.

- Timely tracking & training evaluation

Employee Engagement :

- Welfare activities

- Engagement activities

- Health Administration

- MIS & Administration
