Assistant Manager - Human Resources - eCommerce (2-6 yrs)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment - both blue-collar employees and executives
- Sourcing of CVs from various channels like own database, portals, social media, referrals.
- Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-Up, Processing CVs, Updating / Maintaining Internal Database
- Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the company requirement
- Procuring and Screening resumes for the current hiring need of the various requirement
- Evaluating the candidate's skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level, and presentation.
- Identifying the potential candidate through various sources to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
- Organizing interview for candidates
- Ensuring the periodic follow-ups with the yet to join candidates and ensuring their joining on time.
- Coordinating with the team to understand the requirements, schedule interviews, discuss profiles, collect the status of the candidate.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
