Role Summary:
This role is an business Partnering one.
- As Business HR for lead & drive End to End HR Processes - hiring, engagement, performance appraisals & increments, exit management
- facilitate Talent Acquisition across location
- Carry out Induction / Orientation for new joiners
- Facilitate the Learning & development initiatives across the region
- Manage the Employee engagement initiatives across the region
- Facilitating Performance management process and accompanying activities across the region
- Attrition management/Control endeavors across region
- Facilitate HR Compliance across region in line with company requirements.
- Policy & process implementation , identifying and improving the existing ones to cater to the business requirements
- Drive the partners to deliver on the business requirements and carry out periodic review
- To Conduct HR Operations (PR, PO, vendor invoice payments, provisions, etc- )
- Supporting HR Operations at the region
- Vendor Management & Engagement
- Management outsourced employees - Complete life cycle management
- Reports, MIS, Coordination
- To lead the audit requirements for the area of operations, Ensuring 100% compliance also conducting quarterly surprise Audits.
- Disciplinary action & issuance of the letters, Handling IR related work like issuing warning letters, Show cause, Charge sheets and employee grievances.
- Handling Insurance claim related Query & co-ordination with TPA.
- Coordinating Labour Inspection, if any
Skills & Exp:
- 3-4 years of HRBP exp with emphasis on HR Ops
- MBA HR from good Insititute
- Good Experience of Working as HRBP in the company
- Strong process knowledge and expertise in driving end to end HR processes independently
- Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for details, energetic & hands-on
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment
- Willingness to travel (as and when required)
- Analytics Skills
- Outcome orientation
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel a must
- Exposure of Working in an ERP environment (SAP/Success Factor)
- MBA from a good institute with 2-4 years of experience.
