Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensuring that a company complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies with regard to Labor laws. (Updating Vision 360).

- Responsible for Attendance management and Payroll at site location Responsible for proper record keeping and personnel file management - Site HR Function. Consulting of all employees for administrative issues (incl. payroll, OT, attendance, 1st level support)

- Professional advice and administration in case of appointments, Separation (Retirement & Voluntary/involuntary exit) Assisting in Disciplinary action Support on payroll tax and social security security benefits as well as support of different internal and external audits Auditing of Contractor Compliance and timely update of compliance tool (Vision 360) for site

- Responsible of Contractor Management System (Entry & Exit Protocols)

- Representing Company at site level for conciliation proceeding and legal suits related to disciplinary action and legal cases under various labour laws

- Local Liasoning with various Govt. authorities under various Labour Laws Establish and maintain amicable relationship with employees, local leader, Govt. authorities and villagers.
