Job Responsibilities:
1. Delivery and administration of a broad range of human resources services to ensure the people strategies in the organization are aligned to business goals.
2. Work in tandem with reporting head and provide feedback on policies and processes to gain alignment.
3. Regularly interact with Business heads to understand organization's requirement for human capital and prepare Business HR key requirements and individual plans for relevant HR processes based on historical data, business requirements and priorities.
4. Responsible for effective implementation of organization's HR Strategy, policies, practices and systems with their sub-groups.
5. Provide consultative, advisory and administrative management services in all areas of human resource management including: talent management, employee relations, recruitment, organizational training and development, benefits management.
Skills Required for the Job:
1. Should have completed full time MBA in HR, from a premier institute.
2. Should have working knowledge of HR Analytics.
3. Should be an expert in advance excel functions, formulas.
