- Qualification - MA/PGDM - HR (Preferably Male candidates)
- Age Limit - Below 35 years
- Salary - Upto 10 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hiring
- 100% adherence to the Store opening timelines
- Retail HO hiring as per the agreed TAT (Jr. to AM level Candidates)
- Zero 0-60 attrition
- HR operations
- Monthly attendance collation
- Incentive Data collation
- Joining Documentations (Appointment Letters; BVG, Medicals etc)
- Exit Formalities
- Biometric installation and reporting
- People Engagement
- Zero Business Opportunity loss due to talent issues (Acquisition / Discipline / Development / Attrition)
- Rolling of monthly R&R
- Employee 30-60 discussions
- Employee concerns resolution
- Multiple Store Visits
